When the tile is fine but the grout isn't

Cement grout is porous. Over the years it absorbs dirt and spills, darkens unevenly and can crack or wash out in places. When the tile itself is still sound, restoring the grout can change how the whole floor looks.

It's also a way to change the look of a room. Recoloring can take stained white grout to a clean gray, or unify patchy grout into one even color.

What each service does

Grout recoloring deep-cleans the existing joints and applies a colorant that seals as it colors. Refinishing removes cracked, crumbling or missing grout and replaces it with fresh grout. Sealing protects clean grout so it resists stains and is easier to keep clean.
